All new Boathouse and Annual Open Moorage Tenants shall pay for and pass a screening criteria as set by the Port prior to the initial lease or rental agreement being authorized.  Contact the Port Administration office for more information

Boathouses (annual rate only)

• Rate: $.77 per square foot per year ($415.80 minimum)

Open Moorage (pull-in slips)

(Water and metered electrical service available)

    30' or less:

• Annual Rate: $ 780.30
• 6 Month Rate: $ 596.70*
• Monthly Rate: $ 137.70*

    Over 30' up to 45':

• Annual Rate: $ 26.01 per foot
• 6 Month Rate: $ 19.89 per foot*
• Monthly Rate: $ 4.59 per foot*

Open Moorage (side-tie)

(water and metered electrical service available)

• Annual Rate: $ 26.01 per foot
• 6 Month Rate: $ 19.89 per foot*
• Monthly Rate: $ 4.59 per foot*

Note: Metered electrical service is provided and will be billed to boats in addition to moorage fees.

Guest Moorage

(No reservations required. First come, first serve basis. Water and electricity available)

• Daily Rate: $10.00 per day**

Notes

      * $25 Key Deposit - Required on less than annual moorage terms

      ** Fees for guest moorage are collected on an honor basis by placing the fees in the collection box located on the main dock near guest moorage.
