Historically the Port of The Dalles has been the community's resource for marketing and developing industrial land. Since the District was formed in 1933, the Port has worked to create jobs and plan today for opportunity in the future. As the availability of regional industrial land continues to change, the Port continues to work closely with developers and prospective businesses.

There are currently 4 parcels of available land under Port ownership (Commercial and Industrial Properties).  The Port can also provide information about privately owned commercial and industrial land in the area.  Available sites range from under 1 acre up to 100 acres and are zoned Industrial, Commercial/Light Industrial, or Commercial Recreational.  For details, call us at (800) 901-7678 or see our Contact Page for more options.

In addition, the Port is supporting the City of The Dalles in its current Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) expansion process.  We are also talking with regional communities and landowners within the 720 square miles of the Port District to find out what their needs are and how the Port may be able to assist.
